Before you download the update, read the specific information on the available firmware versions
To verify the firmware version installed on your B4, check the N-Com version of your device (for example: N-Com BT4 v.3.10 24i) in the window "Advanced Functions".
Download the update file you are interested in (.DFU file), save it on your PC, then click on "Install FW update".
WARNING: In order to properly update the firmware, you need to install the communication drivers and follow the Installation Procedure
